Run, walk, jog - all ages and paces welcome. Group leaders will be available to support you in your run/walk/jog. We have a "no-drop" policy so nobody is left behind. Whatever your pace, you should find someone to run/walk with.

About the event
The Route
The route generally ranges between 4 and 10 km. Longer distances occur with marathon & 1/2 marathon training in spring.
When the trail is clear and safe - the route is an out and back.
Alternative routes will be posted for the winter. The route will include options so that the distances range between 4 and 10 km
